Returns & Cancellation

* All sales are final and non-refundable. However, in some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.

RETURNS
If merchandise is returned in unopened and original condition with manufacturer’s seal within 7 days from customer’s receiving date, there will be no restocking fee.
If returned after 7 days, there will be a 10% restocking fee, if returned in original and unopened condition.
If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a 20% restocking fee.
All returned merchandise after 7 days will receive store credit. It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for an exchange.
No store credit or refund issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.)
Claims for any damage or shortage in quantity must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included.
Return and exchange are not available for all sale items in 'On Sale' category.
The price on the invoice does not include shipping and handling fees.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)

 

CANCELLATION
To cancel orders placed with Avenue Zoe, please contact by phone at 201-357-7080. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion. We reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of cancelled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected by email after they have been approved.
