Returns & Cancellation
* All sales are final and non-refundable. However, in some cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued.

If merchandise is returned in unopened and original condition with manufacturer’s seal within 7 days from customer’s receiving date, there will be no restocking fee. |
If returned after 7 days, there will be a 10% restocking fee, if returned in original and unopened condition. |
If the package is returned in opened condition, there is a 20% restocking fee. |
All returned merchandise after 7 days will receive store credit. It is the customer's responsibility to bring the products to our facility for an exchange. |
No store credit or refund issued after 15 days. (Absolutely no returns for special orders.) |
Claims for any damage or shortage in quantity must be made within 2 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original packaging with all parts included. |
Return and exchange are not available for all sale items in 'On Sale' category. |
The price on the invoice does not include shipping and handling fees. |
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.) |
CANCELLATION |

To cancel orders placed with Avenue Zoe, please contact by phone at 201-357-7080. Cancellation requests should be made within the same day the order was placed. Cancellations require authorization before order completion. We reserve the right to charge up to 15% of the value of cancelled merchandise for handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected by email after they have been approved. |
